means of LGBT outreach and personal reflection of my own experiences, so all

I cannot stress
enough the importance of giving credit to the original source of the content,
so bloggers and social networkers alike, please don't copy my work, just post a
link to my work. For those that would like to feature my work, I am okay with
you posting the original first paragraph of a blog entry, provided that you
obtain my permission via my Gmail
or Facebook inbox, then
linking the rest of my piece to my blog so that credit can be given on both
ends, you for giving your reader a heads up about the blog, and me for hosting
the original content. It should be a win/win situation where both of us can be
happy.
As far as
commenting, I do reserve the right to decline any pending comments that do not
contribute to the entry posted if it is a means to degrade, humiliate, and/or harass
the blogger or anyone who comments. Basically, "Up with trolling, I will
not put!" The blog is here for honesty and openness, so open discussion is
encouraged; however, comments are the sole responsibility of their writers,
meaning, charge it to the writer of the comment and not me. Just please be
respectful to one another.
Speaking of respect,
I try to post in a way that is respectful to those who may be in the workplace
or school; however, I cannot control any material my fellow bloggers under the
"Our Voices" section posts, so it is at your discretion to check out
their sites, which may or may not contain images that are NSFW (not safe for
work). Teens who are in high school, the same rule applies to you too. If
you're under 21, don't click on anything that may appear graphic. Also, this is
still my personal blog, so there may be inappropriate language used, as well as
entries on the subject of sex between two men, so you have been warned. Any
videos, music, or images posted are not of my own, and I do not claim ownership
of them, unless stated otherwise. This is getting long, sorry.
Lastly, this blog
accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms
of compensation. However, none of these forms of payment will ever influence
the content of this blog. As of this date, January 6, 2013, paid ads are not
currently running on this blog, so any ad requests will be reviewed case by
